Terms of service

These terms are between you, the business ordering Felba Brand, and FelbaTech Solutions Limited, Kenya ("we").

The service

We make posts and reels for your business from your name, logo and photos. If you connect your accounts, we post them there for you. The plan you choose sets how many we make: the Festive Pack is a post and a reel each for Jamhuri Day, Christmas and New Year; Standard is 8 posts or reels a month; Growth is 16.

We show you your posts before they go out.

Payment

You pay by M-PESA before work starts. Monthly plans have a one-off KSh 1,000 setup fee and are paid month by month. You can stop anytime: when a month is not paid, we stop making and posting for you. Prices are in Kenyan shillings.

Your part

The logo and photos you send must be yours to use, and your products and business must be lawful. You are responsible for what your business offers. We may decline a business, or a post, that breaks the law or the networks' rules, and some kinds of business are looked at by a person before we accept payment.

Your accounts

You stay the owner of your accounts and your content. The networks' own rules apply to what is posted, and they may change how posting works. We are not responsible for a network's decisions, outages or limits, or for results such as reach, followers or sales.

Ending

You can stop by not renewing, and remove our access to your accounts at any time. We may stop the service if these terms are broken. After your plan ends we delete your logo and photos, as our privacy policy says.
